About Kristina Marie Parker

Hi, my name is Kristina Marie and I’m an addict. Don’t worry, it’s nothing to be overly concerned about. I’m a book addict. From a very young age I have always loved books and the stories they told, and as I grew up, I started writing my own stories. At the age of 15 I found a little website called Wattpad and start publishing some of my short stories there, sharing them with others who enjoyed doing what I loved doing. Writing is only one of my passions, I love art and drawing, basically, give me a pen or a pencil and I can do something with it. I enjoy photography and editing as well. As I have learned in my short 22 years on this planet, creativity defines me. I love writing and drawing because I can express my thoughts, ideas and feeling through words on a page or colours and ink splashed on a paper. Photos show my own perspective of the world and give me the opportunity to explore the world around me.
I am currently a full-time student in the Media and Communications course at the University of Malta, and I am hoping that my studies lead me to a career that involves writing, whether it’s stories, features or articles – truth be told I haven’t fully decided yet, but considering I was previously a law student, I feel very happy to be where I am now because I am turning what I love and enjoy doing, into hopefully, a career.
